About this apartment rental
This small studio comfortable for two persons is located on the same street of Michelangelo’s David. It is at few minutes walking distance from the Middle Age and Renaissance masterpieces of the downtown area: the Cathedral with Brunelleschi’s Dome, Palazzo Vecchio and Loggia dei Lanzi in Signoria Square, Uffizi Palace which hosts one of the most important Museum in the world, the church of San Lorenzo. There are very few places in the world where so many masterpieces and nature beauties are gathered together. The studio is bright and quiet and it is on the 4th top floor of a building with lift and porter. The front of the building maintains its ancient aspect. The apartment has private heating, air conditioned, private wi-fi connection, video house phone, TV and armoured entrance door. It has a hall-room, a kitchenette with electric stoves, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a small storeroom. The floor is an olive wood parquet. The bed is a comfortable double one and its sizes are cm 165 x 190.

Pets not allowed. No hair dryer, no iron. No self check-in, the owner will meet you and give you keys of the studio.
Check in 16.00-20.00 - check out no later than 10.30.
If possible, early and late check in and late check out require a fee of Euro 20,00. Late check in is possible no later than h. 23.00.
Rental rate includes all utilities. City Tax must be paid cash, in Euros, on arrival.
According to Italian Laws people under 18 years, not accompanied by parents, cannot rent homes.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The property was located in a very central neighborhood with buses nearby. It was easy to get to all the tourist areas. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much!

This is the perfect place to stay for the traveler who wants a very clean, simple, cost effective place to stay in the heart of Florence! You can see the Duomo when you walk out the door! The host made it impossible to get lost or to run out of things to see or places to eat. They provided us with a list of great restaurants and bars and they were right about each one! It’s an easy 10 minute walk from the Firenze SM train station. It has small amenities that we didn’t consider bringing (such as tissues to take for the restrooms, scissors, an extra blanket, extra soap, etc). There’s a tiny kitchen in a cabinet and storage in a closet and under the bed. The shower was very nice and we never had a problem with hot water. The elevator was a lifesaver as well as the air conditioning! Both amenities are hard to find in Italy! Tip: when you exit go a couple doors down to the left for the best gelato!
The only fault we could find is a lack of hangers. There were only 2, but we managed!

The property was located centrally. We were able to walk to train in 10 minutes or so. The tram to visit Cascine Market was in front of train station. The apartment was efficient and light with windows that opened to see street below. My husband is tall and could cook from bed without getting up. We had a enjoyable stay and the elevator was a plus.

No WiFi. A disaster.. this caused us a lot of issues and expense Who doesn't have WiFi these days! And without WiFi you are stuck with over 100 unwatchable free Italian tv stations on the miniature TV. Communication was friendly and the flat was cute.. basically a student room with a cooker. Very outdated. Towels were utterly worn out, small and scratchy. Room got cold during the day ( keep shutter closed in Feb) and takes over an hour to warm up. No salt pepper tea or coffee provided. Strict checkout at 10.30 and nowhere to leave baggage ( we used Duomo left baggage). Location fantastic if a bit noisy.
