the staff were amazing, they are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their service was definitely the best part of our stay.
The room - it was spacious and comfortable, and a good size for three people.
One thing we considered when booking was the lift, knowing we would be tired after a full day of walking around Hanoi. Unfortunately, we were given a room on the 7th floor, while the lift only goes up to the 6th, so we still had to take the stairs.
The restaurant is located on the 8th floor, and we could hear the sounds of kitchen activity early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to consider.
The hotel is also quite far from Hanoi Old Quarter, especially if your plan is to explore the area mostly on foot.
