About this bed and breakfast
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the water near Folly Beach, SC!! This is a really cool guesthouse right on the the Oak Island Creek and Lowcountry marshes. The owner of the property lives in the main house and wants to share his little slice of heaven on the water with you.
You’ll get to wake up to the soothing waters and local waterfowl and dolphins strolling by. Then you’ll be just 5 minutes to the island of Folly Beach and just 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston.
The guest house has all the basics you’ll need which includes High Speed WiFi, Roku TV, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, coffee mugs, plates, bowls and silverware. But there are no stove top cooking options in the space.
The Queen bed is new with comfy bedding and linens provided.
The balcony is superb for morning coffee or evening beverages during a stunning marshland sunset!
ITEMS TO NOTE:
* The homeowners really want to make sure their guests are dog lovers because they have two dogs that will be outside in the backyard at times during your stay.
* There is a full functioning shower in the unit with hot water, but it is on the small side. So I’d say if you’re 6 ft or taller, it might be pretty difficult to use.
* The boat dock on the property is not available for guests, but there is a public boat landing just a couple minutes down the road for watercraft, paddle boards, kayaks, etc…
