About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this 180 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Located in Neussargues-Moissac, in the village of Chalinargues, at an altitude of 1100 m, in the heart of the Pinatelle forest.
It comprises a 60 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A games room with a boules pitch, molkky, table football and darts, as well as a water point, fridge and WC.
First floor:
- 60 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160 × 200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Utility room with washing machine
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160 × 200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160 × 200), a cot and a changing table
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds (90 x 200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- Two beautiful private fenced gardens totalling 350 m²: on one side, a relaxation area with outdoor lounge. On the other, an area with table and barbecue for enjoying the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Neussargues-Moissac, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and tobacconists are close by.
