PETS WELCOME: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. An additional pet fee applies per reservation and must be paid through Airbnb. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused by them. Pets must not disturb neighbors or be left unattended inside the property without prior approval.
PARKING: Please use only the designated parking spaces assigned to the property. Do not block driveways or use another resident’s parking space.
TRASH: Please dispose of all trash properly in the designated area. Do not leave garbage outside the unit or on neighboring properties.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY: Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, linens, and all belongings with care. Report any damage immediately.
KITCHEN: Please clean up after cooking. Do not leave food, dirty dishes, or excessive grease behind.
ACCESS: Please do not share keys, access codes, or entry information with anyone outside your reservation.
A/C & ELECTRICITY: Please turn off lights, A/C, and unnecessary appliances when leaving the property.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Any illegal activity on the property is strictly prohibited.
RESPECT THE COMMUNITY: Please be considerate of our neighbors and the surrounding community at all times.
