Just a few minutes' walk from the town centre of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the main beach, this pleasant 70 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Accommodating up to 5 people, it offers a friendly atmosphere, a lovely outdoor space and an ideal location between shops, restaurants and the seaside.
Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed garden and a beautiful 40 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture. Also featuring an electric plancha, this space will be perfect for sharing grilled food during long summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover a warm and bright living area upon arrival. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and television, invites you to relax. The adjoining dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 5 guests to share good times with family or friends. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
For sleeping, the house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: three single beds (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and a separate WC complete the accommodation.
Although there are no private parking spaces, you will find free parking spaces on the street of the property (subject to availability).
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
