It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Shared, enclosed 800 m² garden - 14 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Swimming pool located below the gîte (approximately 40 steps), shared by the two rentals (9.6 x 4.4 meters, 1.5 meters deep), open during the rental period and secured by a safety barrier.
