This lakefront retreat offers the entire second floor of the carriage house, a spacious 530 ft.² apartment. Enjoy a private entrance leading to a relaxing sitting room, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished.

The entrance sitting room leads to an open loft space, that features a spacious and airy layout. The loft seamlessly combines yet another cozy sitting area, a romantic queen bed space, an attentively arranged eating nook, and a complete kitchenette.

The focal point is the comfortable queen-sized bed with plush linens, inviting you to drift off to sleep. The nearby cozy armchair & table provide a perfect spot to unwind with a good book or enjoy a cup of coffee. End tables, touch lights w/USB, bed bench, a dresser & large closet round out the bedroom furnishings. A window air conditioner is located seasonally in this bedroom loft area.

You’ll find everything you need in the well appointed efficiency kitchen and dining space. A 30 inch round table with two chairs, an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, large sink, microwave, toaster, Keurig, french press and other amenities. I’ve stocked the kitchen with all necessary dishes, cookware, and utensils along with starter food supplies, spices, coffee pods, assorted teas and essential paper products, ensuring you a seamless stay.

Steps from the kitchen, the bathroom provides a refreshing walk-in shower, and thoughtful amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions, hairdryer, flat iron, and soft, fluffy towels.

Step directly from your loft bedroom onto your private, beautifully decorated covered deck (16’ x 4’). Cushioned seating, a side table, and a bistro set complete the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the tranquil garden lakefront views, complete with birdsong and the gentle sounds of water from the fountain below.

In the summer months, delight in the abundance and use of fresh herbs from our nearby raised bed and seasonal vegetables cultivated right on the dock.

Guests have a private front entrance to their apartment. They will have *shared access to the grounds, waterfront, dock, firepit, kayaks, and motored paddle boat.
