About this house rental
At the entrance to the village, a 38 m² apartment in a building containing two other apartments (10091 and 10993). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC The property includes 3 other rentals (no overlooking). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other gîtes (10x5.5 m, depth 1.20 m to 1.80 m), open from April 17th to November 2nd (9 am to 8 pm), secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared enclosed grounds of 5,000 m² - 35 m² terrace, 15 m² of which is covered - Garden furniture - 2 sun loungers - Barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Freezer compartment - Mini-oven - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and greengrocer (once a week) - The €50 cleaning option is payable directly to the owner. - €50 cleaning deposit if the cleaning option is not selected. - Guided mountain and river walks with the owner are available every Thursday (free of charge). - Shared electric vehicle charging station (additional charge of €30 for a full charge). - If the entire stay is not available on this property, please contact us. As the cottages are adjoining and identical, please contact us to check the availability of other accommodations. Two weeks in two different cottages is possible without additional booking fees.
