This home is strictly no‑party. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal and additional fees. Small special events can be negotiated and communicated with host prior to booking confirmed.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want to maintain good relationships with our neighbors.
Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes.
No pets unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in additional $500 cleaning fees.
No illegal substances inside and outside the house. A $1000 fee will apply for violation and immediate removal with no refund.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is not allowed.
Smoking or vaping outside the home must be communicated to the host in advance and approved prior to doing so.
A $500 fee will apply for violations.
No food or drinks (except water) in all bedrooms. Additional fees will be applied for violations.
No guns or firearms are allowed unless disclosing with host prior to booking confirmed.
Please avoid walking barefoot outside. Any guest who chooses to do so assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.
Feel free to cook, but please turn on fan while cooking and clean up after use, including dishes, counters, and appliances. Please check that the cooktop is fully turned off after use.
If your stay ends on or includes a Monday, please place both the trash bin and recycling bin at the curb for pickup.
Before checkout, please remove all used bed sheets and towels and place them in the bedrooms.
Please keep windows and doors closed when heating or cooling is running.
Before you leave the house, please check and ensure that all windows and doors are safely closed and locked.
Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Any unexpected guests/people will result in additional fees and/or immediate removal.
We maintain routine bug control. However, because the home is in a natural environment, you may occasionally see bugs indoors even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything, please let me know right away.
Once the stay has begun, no refunds will be provided for general household reasons (such as minor inconveniences, preferences, or conditions that do not affect the home’s ability to be safely occupied). If anything urgent comes up, please message me through Vrbo so I can address it promptly.
If your stay is longer than 14 days and less than 30 days, we require one mid-stay cleaning. If your stay is longer than 30 days, cleaning is required every 2 weeks and guests are responsible for cleaning fees.
Please take care of yourselves and your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost items during your time with us.
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack.
