This spacious retreat is designed to accommodate up to 27 guests, ensuring everyone can vacation together and create unforgettable memories. On the first floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with a luxurious private bathroom featuring a stand-alone tub and separate tile shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Additionally, the custom built-in twin over twin bunk beds in the bunk space provide a delightful sleeping arrangement for guests. Two bathrooms are conveniently located on this floor, and the arcade games guarantee entertainment for all ages.
The second floor boasts a dream kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, two microwaves, an oven with a separate warming tray, and a commercial-size fridge and freezer. The spacious living and dining area provides ample seating for your entire group to gather and enjoy each other's company. Two more bedrooms on this floor feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, while a half bath completes the level.
On the third floor, a cozy and spacious second living room awaits, featuring an extra-large sectional couch. Our overall impression of the property is very positive. We had our entire family - 5 grown children and their spouses and 14 grandchildren and my husband and I, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool. The beach is in easy walking distance (a couple of blocks) and there was also a shuttle across the street that went to several beaches. We also rode the bikes that were provided since there is a nearby bike path that goes to the beaches. I loved all the decks on the house, and the kitchen is huge and amazing. My only complaint was that a few things were not working. One of the two ovens did not work, the stove top grill didn't work and there was no other grill in the house, and the elevator was working when we got there, but then stopped working, so hauling groceries and bags in and out was more difficult. I would suggest leaving written instructions for guests on how to run the elevator, and the hot tub (lights, heating, water level, etc.). A maintenance man did come to fix things, but couldn't fix the appliances or hot tub (my son went to the pump and fixed the hot tub issue himself). Overall though, we would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

This house is perfect for us. We need the elevator due to the fact that we are all turning 78 and carrying suitcases and groceries up stair is not a good thing! The great number of beds/baths is great as well - we were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area is perfect for visiting, eating and playing games. We tried to book again for next year but the website would not let us have just four nights!

The house is beautiful and in a great location if you want to walk to the beach, places to eat, or shop. The bikes were a nice addition as you could quickly get down to the shopping area. The bedrooms are all large with each having its own bathroom and the bunk rooms were awesome for the kids. The pool and the hot tub are also great with a lot of chairs and space to get sun or sit in the shade.We encountered a number of issues with the property that would not be expected at the price range it rents at so this was disappointing:-House was not ready for use at 4pm so our whole group sat outside for 45 minutes waiting to get in to start our vacation.-Once in the house, it was so hot and humid from the doors being open during cleaning that we were sweating. It took hours for the house to cool down to a comfortable level.-The house was not cleaned well at all specifically the floors. There was dirt and other debris on the floors on all levels. One of the bathroom showers had a pile of hair in it still.-The elevator broke after the first day and was not fixed so luggage and other items had to be carried up and down 3 floors.-The ice machine in the fridge was not working.-The first floor pool slider would not lock requiring a piece of pipe to be placed in the track to prevent it from being opened.-The pool fountains were not working which disappointed the kids.All of these items are easily resolved for future rentals, unfortunately we had to experience them on our vacation.
