This comfortable, 40 m² detached holiday home offers a self-contained layout and exceptional leisure facilities. Ideally situated for an unforgettable stay in the magnificent Languedoc-Roussillon region, it is perfect for families or groups of friends. This self-contained property stands out for access to a fitness room. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small, sunny private terrace, furnished with garden as well as a refreshing communal outdoor swimming pool. The bright, air-conditioned interior is spread over two levels. The ground floor comprises a cosy lounge with a sofa, dining table and television. The fully equipped kitchen features a hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and essential kitchen utensils. There is also a bathroom.
Upstairs, the sleeping areas can accommodate up to four people: the master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. In addition, a double sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space, and families with babies can request a cot.
