Tucked away in a quiet street only two minutes’ walk to the beach, this original cottage captures nostalgic holiday vibes while offering thoughtful updates throughout, including renovated bathrooms and refreshed interiors.



The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together. Three queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two extra-long singles provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while two internal bathrooms add everyday convenience. The interiors blend quirky retro character with practical comfort, creating a warm and welcoming space to return to after a day by the water.



The central living spaces flow easily into the kitchen and dining areas, designed for relaxed meals and unhurried mornings. A wood fireplace adds a cosy touch during the cooler months, with air conditioning and fans supporting comfort throughout the year. The area is known for its calm beaches, natural bushland and relaxed pace, making it ideal for slow mornings and easy afternoons by the water. Popular walking tracks through Abrahams Bosom Reserve and along the coast to Gosangs Tunnel offer beautiful ocean and headland views. For a change of scenery, Honeymoon Bay and Point Perpendicular Lighthouse are a short drive away.



Essentials, cafés and takeaway options can be found in nearby Callala Bay, approximately 15 minutes drive from the property. Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited. Please note, shops at Callala Bay are approximately a 15-minute drive, so having a vehicle is recommended.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There are laundry detergent sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
