Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and features a double bed. The wardrobe, chest of drawers and built-in shelves provide ample storage space for all your belongings.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom located on the ground floor and features a smart TV and doors that lead to the garden. The en-suite has a walk in shower, a WC, built-in cabinets and drawers for ample storage and a sleek basin with an illuminated anti-fog mirror.
Kitchen
A large double oven, hob, American style fridge-freezer and integrated dishwasher make meal preparation and clean up a breeze.
A two seater bistro set provides an easy spot for casual dining.

This spacious room is located on the first floor and features a comfortable corner sofa, perfect for lounging and enjoying the wall-mounted 55` Smart TV. You are welcome to use the WiFi to sign in to your favourite streaming platforms.
The dining area within the lounge is a perfect spot for enjoying a meal with family or friends, featuring a six-seater wooden dining table and chairs.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the first floor of this property. The room has a king size bed and smart TV. A large walk-in wardrobe with automatic lighting provides ample storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower, WC, mirror, towel rail and sink.
- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
