The promenade and the beach are only about 50 meters away.
In the living area, the sleeper sofa and matching armchair provide a place to sleep for an additional guest. A 4K smart TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. You also have free Wi-Fi. The dining area offers space for shared meals. A countertop connects the living area to the kitchenette.
