Located in Kühlungsborn West, the vacation rental is on the first floor on the south side of Haus Meeresblick and features a terrace where you can soak up the sun to your heart’s content. With a size of 48 m², this 2-room apartment—featuring a living and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette—offers space for up to 4 people to enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. The beach is about 50 meters away on the north side of the building; a beach chair is available to you free of charge from around mid-April through September.
The living area of the vacation rental is furnished with a cozy couch and two wicker armchairs. For your entertainment, there’s a TV, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi access (subject to availability). The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space for your meals together.
The kitchenette is very well equipped. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 2-burner ceramic cooktop. Of course, small appliances such as a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker are also provided.
The bedroom features a double bed, inviting you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. You’ll find plenty of space for your vacation luggage in a large closet. The double sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional people in just a few simple steps. You can darken the windows with curtains (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).
The vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious sink offers plenty of room for your toiletries. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. The apartment has tile flooring. The bedroom has high-quality vinyl flooring. A large rug in the living room adds a cozy touch.
The Haus Meeresblick, featuring an elevator and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your vacation rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.80 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
