Vacation Apartment No. 01 in the “Villa Baade” vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Thanks to its tall windows, this vacation home—furnished with great attention to detail—has a very special charm. A few steps lead you to the 47 m² vacation apartment, located on the mezzanine level. You’ll find a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a bright living area with an adjoining kitchenette and a cozy dining nook. From here, it’s only about 300 meters to the beautiful sandy beach at Kühlungsborn.
The inviting living room is equipped with a pull-out double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). On rainy days, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with a radio, and a selection of books, CDs, and DVDs provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.
A half-height wall serves as a room divider between the living area and the well-equipped kitchenette. In the adjacent kitchen area, the apartment’s additional amenities include a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, and a kettle. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table.
You can also relax in the spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). You can conveniently store your travel items in the spacious closet. Curtains are installed on the windows throughout the vacation rental to block out light and provide privacy.
Of course, the apartment includes a bathroom. A hair dryer complements the basic amenities—shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and full-length mirror—in the naturally lit bathroom. Tiles have been installed in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The rest of the vacation rental features high-quality laminate flooring.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please understand that pets are not permitted in this vacation rental. Apartment No. 01 in Villa Baade includes an outdoor parking space.
