The house is situated in a central and quiet location and is the ideal starting point for your activities. The village center with bakeries, butcher's store, post office, photo store and other small stores for daily needs, is only 5-minutes walk away. Restaurants and cafes are also within a few minutes walking distance. For all water rats the Bodensee beach resort Aquamarin is only 550 m away. Also cyclists do not come too briefly, since there are many well signposted cycle tracks in the region. The landmark of Wasserburg, the picturesque St. George's church, is about 1.2 km away and can be reached on foot in 14 minutes. On the peninsula there is also a landing stage for boats, from which the cities of Lindau, Bregenz, Konstanz and Rorschach can be reached.
