The Space:

Welcome to Hangar 1, a modern barn-inspired retreat that offers a stay unlike anything else in Pleasant Hill, Missouri.



Inside, you’ll find soaring arched ceilings, rich wood finishes, and a bright open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The home includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to six guests with one king bed and two queen beds.



Just outside your door, enjoy peaceful views of the stocked fishing pond and 75 acres of scenic countryside at Blue Cedar Landing. Whether you spend your days casting a line, exploring the property, or simply unwinding in the fresh air, Hangar 1 offers a memorable setting for reconnecting and celebrating life’s special moments.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit, along with surrounding grounds and the fishing pond. Outdoor areas may be shared by other renters on the property.

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
