The best thing about this cabin's the peace and quiet you'll find here. You can see and hear that there are other cabins nearby, yet you still feel like you're all to yourselves. Sit out on the rocks with your first cup of coffee of the day, or take a morning swim from the beach or the jetty. The atrium's perfect for gathering family and friends for long breakfasts, dinners, or pizza nights.



Inside the cabin, you can relax in the cosy sofa nook and admire the wood-panelled walls, the ceiling beams, or the lake right below. In the evening, you can curl up in front of the TV after a long day outdoors. The cabin sleeps up to 20 people, each with their own bed. For a week-long stay, we recommend 15 people to ensure a bit more space. When you arrive at the cabin, the view down to the beach and the lake greets you. The property features a large beach rose garden, a hot tub, and an annex behind the cabin. Here, the kids can experience that camp-like atmosphere, or the grandparents can enjoy some peace and quiet away from the rest of the group. On the way to the annex, you can pick raspberries and admire the roof made of slate. There’s also the option to rent a boat. You can take a morning swim from the jetty, enjoy the peace and quiet in a hammock, catch crabs, or sit with a cup of coffee in the atrium. Jump off the SUP board in the cove, or take a walk around Kvernhusvannet. In the evening, you can light a fire in the indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit. It’s a short distance to Åros Camping, Høllen, and downtown Søgne. Kristiansand and Mandal are 20 minutes away by car.
