The location it was clean and new

Location was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable

This property is not completed, still in construction phase, It needs a table & 2 chairs to eat/ play games. It needs another chair to watch TV rather than sit on the bed. The bedside lamp needs an ext lead to be used. It needs the kitchen sink and benchtop. All these things are coming I am sure as what was there is brand new and attractive - just needs the final touches to make it excellent! Not keen on the two dogs in the yard. Friendly labradors, but hard to get into gate to get to unit!

In a quiet part of town, but only 5 minutes drive from centre of town.

Nothing

Lovely room but not finished. We can see the idea. Great young couple with a dream... totally get it!!

Room is not complete. There is work to be done. Some suggestions..... Need a top sheet on the bed as it is hot and the doona is too much. A table and 2 chairs so you don't have to eat your takeaway on the bed and drop food there. Some glasses for drinking wine and water and some plates. You need to provide at least 2 of everything. A sharp knife and some serving stuff is always needed A bath mat at the basin in the bathroom. . Rethink.. maybe.. the bath mat.. you have a lovely floor and the water could be a problem. If you are offering shower gel... make sure that the bottle is at least half full. Tissues The towels need a good wash in bi carb as they do not absorb. If you want to offer cereal, make sure there is enough for 2 people for the number of days in the stay. You can put a mop and broom and dustpan and brush. Most people are happy to keep things swept etc. When you have the sink done.... put washingliquid and a chux and tea towel., we would have loved to clean up Your dogs are lovely but clean up the poo each day as the flies are a bit much. You might find that the dogs are a problem with some guests as not every one is dog friendly. You need an area for the suitcase. Maybe a simple shelf . It is decorated in a lovely way. The books and games are wonderful. Great decorating ideas just take it a little further. We can definitely see the vision and wish you all the very best. The hosts are lovely and so friendly Wishing them all the best ... and these are just my suggestions. NOT CRITICISMS!
