It was great location - close to the Marina and beaches.
It was homely and met all our needs.
A very noisy main front door and on street parking was at times challenging.

Era tutto impeccabile e curato nei minimi dettagli. L’appartamento è davvero molto completo, non manca assolutamente nulla. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, molto attenta e sempre disponibile. Inoltre, la posizione è fantastica. Un soggiorno eccellente, assolutamente consigliato!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben House Apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alghero.
Sabina is an exceptional host—kind, warm, caring, and incredibly helpful. She always responds quickly to messages and genuinely does everything she can to accommodate her guests' needs. Her hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The apartment is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the summer. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Alghero, within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops, and the city's main attractions. It is situated on a lovely, quiet street, making it the perfect combination of convenience and comfort.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Alghero. Thank you, Sabina, for everything!

The hostess/owner, Sabina, was very helpful: she was able to slightly change our dates and responded quickly to any queries we had. The property is very well located about five minutes walk from the corniche, supermarkets and cafes and slightly further to the old town. Although the apartment is located on quite a busy road it was very quiet, especially at night. The little courtyard is a nice feature. The beaches of Alghero are readily accessible by foot or public transport.
(1) The "free parking" is street parking which, like everywhere in Sardinia, can vary between difficult and infuriating - prepare for a 10 to 15 minute walk and watch out for sneaky signs obscured by shrubbery which impose a variety of limits: we could not find a functioning paid car park which would have been a good alternative. (2) There was no wifi in the apartment when we stayed there in late September 2026 but Sabina says it has been requested and is awaited: the mobile phone signal is strong there so it was not a real problem for us. (3) If you are of more than average/medium build the shower would be very snug.
