The beach is very close, just a 2-minute walk across the street. The beds are comfortable, although they do not seem very sturdy or durable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the main road is also close.
I would recommend spending one day in Durrës and at least one day in Tirana.
The humidity was very high. The hotel is located in the basement of an old apartment building. In one of the rooms, water from the shower cabin was flowing into the room. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, with no mosquito nets on the windows, while both the windows and the hotel’s main doors were kept wide open most of the time.
I’m sorry to mention these issues, especially since this is a newly renovated property, but I want to give a fair and honest review. I’m also confident that the owner or manager will address and correct these problems.

Die Lage zum Strand war super. Abends konnte man schön flanieren gehen.
Der Balkon ist leider unter der Erde so dass nur 1 Meter raus schaut da das Hotel nur den Keller ausgebaut hat. Die Türschließer sind sehr nervig weil die Türe ohne knallen leider nicht schließt

Af et 4 stjernet hotel at være, havde jeg forventet mig noget mere.
Fx. Var der ingen stol på værelset.
Vi havde 4 bøjler til deling
Der var ingen vand/drikkeglas - ingen lækkerier overhovedet, såsom te/kaffe eller tissues
Sæben på badeværelset var af ringe kvalitet.
Ingen afskærmning ved bruser, så alt blev vådt.
Ingen hynder til havestolene.
Værelset var præg af dårlig rengøring, der lå tykt lag støv på panelerne.
Spejlet og glasafskærningen på badeværelset ikke pudset, trods tydelige stænk
Opfyldning af toiletpapir var ikke okay, måtte flere gange bede om en rulle i receptionen
