La ubicación, la disponibilidad de aparcamiento, la atención de los propietarios y el precio.

El apartamento en sí estaba bien pero había muchos mosquitos y la ducha resultaba un poco incómoda al no tener una mampara más grande (algo muy común en Albania por lo que pude ver).
