Good location - fairly basic, clean accommodation

Location. Air conditioning quality in the two bedrooms.

Bathroom through the lounge (passed person sleeping on sofa bed). Bathroom very warm - could do with a fan and dated. The shower cubicle is tiny and the shower head needs replacing. It’s functional but would benefit from a spruce up. Maybe get rid of the bidet and make a bigger shower… The property is advertised as three bed. One if those is a sofa bed which is fine but we were surprised to be asked to pay extra for linen for the sofa bed. Perhaps better to market it as two bedroom with optional sofa bed at additional cost. Would also be useful to explain sofa bed room has no door and that others would walk through it to use the toilet:
