The apartment is spacious and is well equiped. You can park in front of the door which is super comfortable for the luggage. It is easy to find and access, in a small calm street, next to a gas station and very close to Lidl supermarket and a minimarket working also on weekends.
Also the hosts are very kind and responsive. They had prepared a small welcome gift, ice, water, and the air conditioners were working - we were pleasantly surprised and grateful when we arrived in the evening.
The hosts have forgotten to turn on the water heater and we had cold showers the first evening (not so problematic in the hot summer).
The other point should be normally positive for a family where everyone gets up at the same time: there is an opening in the bedroom wall next to the ceiling which allows the cold air to enter the room. But in our case, a parent sleeping till midday plus small child, it was rather negative experience as the noise entered the bedroom directly through that opening.
