A lovely central location - and the interior exceeded expectation. This is a thoughtfully decorated, comfortable two double bedroom flat - I think the advert says one bedroom - so it was a bonus to find a second bedroom. Everything was very clean with lots of light and comfy beds!

Beds were quite comfy. Ben linen was all nice and clean and new.
Decent bathroom and shower. Plenty of towels. Fairly clean through out. Big kitchen, nice big clean fridge /freezer. Decent kettle. Big dining table. Plenty of plates.
The floors particularly carpet areas were grubby. The flooring in the front top bedroom carpet and badly cut out lino.
The kitchen needs to be better equipped with cooking utensils, extra frying pans, sauce pans and there was no toaster, had to use the grill. Could do with a few large mugs.
The sofa, not that comfy, no WIFI or smart TV to watch films. The lounge area could be a lot better. A few extra cleaning items would be good like washing up brush and somethung to clean the hob.
No instructions for bin or recycling, needs a recycling bucket/ container inside somewhere.
The patio type windows didn't shut properly, they need maintenance.
The outside area on top of the consersatory roof windows wasn't really usable space, dirty and rubbish left there. We didn't attempt it.
