Brand new and fresh. A few snagging issues but overall pretty good.

The property is very modern and new. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The location is great particularly if you don’t mind walking. The pool is a nice addition and the sunbeds are very comfortable. It was nice that the rooms were serviced every few days too.
The bathroom was the only downside. The shower screen was almost too small and was impossible to not end up with water across the bathroom. Very minor issue in the grand scheme.

Everything is perfect. The apartment has all you need and it is very close to restaurants and bus stations. Easy to go to the beach as well

Nice building, nicely furnished rooms, great location at proximity to the beach road and the mall
The cleaning frequency probably needs to be higher, the pattern of 3 days is not enough especially when with family and kids
