Excellent location, very clean , excellent communication with administration team. They allow us to drop the luggage’s before check in time. Tesco Express 50 m away where you can buy what you need including additional capsules for Nespresso machine. Few days we did not use public transportation as you can walk to several important sights like Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square etc. There is also easy access to Heathrow Airport via underground Piccaddily line. Although location doesn’t have too many reviews I assume because is relative new, so don’t worry everything is in good order, you can go ahead with booking this apartment. We were a family of 4 and sofa was comfortable four our kids, we stayed in apartament 1.
I would not say I did not like something in particular, you just need to be aware that location is highly vibrant area, a lot of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops nearby and all this returning considerable street noise. Closing the windows helps but not fully eliminate street noise, most disturbing was the early morning time when delivering cars are coming with supplies and waste removal. So be aware about this aspect, but I assume this applies to any location in Covent Garden. Internet wi-fi speed and signal I assume can be improved a little bit, but London is famous for rather poor internet.

Property was super clean and perfectly presented with coffee machine and pods and everything you could need.. The location was simply unbeatable, the sofa bed was a little on the hard side but other than that everything was absolutely perfect!
