Very expensive for a very basic stay with lots of problems with the efficient and effective management of the property.

Access to small shared kitchenette and WiFi Staff - when I finally got hold of them by phone - were apologetic and friendly but could not address my problems effectively or efficiently

Very difficult to find, not convenient for any shops, bars, town centre Had great difficulty getting access to my room - the booking system seemed chaotic and in fact I was given the key code access o a room which was already occupied. When I did get into my own room the key stuck in the lock so I could not lock the door and leave my luggage with any security at all meaning I could not leave the apartment safety. Text messages were responded to but without any attempt to resolve this for me.It was also very expensive for a very basic stay.. Though this is out of the host’s control my stay was further spoilt by a power cut in the morning so without light I could not have a shower and use the bathroom nor could I boil the kettle to make a hot drink

Quiet house a bit out of town

We arrived by bikes from london, it was a little further out of town than we expected, it was comfortable but could have done with a few touches which would have helped us as we were travelling light , the owner wasn’t around when we arrived but a neighbour on her behalf was extremely helpful with setting up WiFi

It was all ok
