The property is in the remote area. There is construction going on around the property and so much empry land in the area where this property is located.
There was no one at the hotel during the night, and there was no front desk service available at night. The main entrance of the hotel is open 24/7, but there was no staff member present.
Before my check-in, the girl at the front desk sent me a video explaining that she had left my room key on the table and that I could use it to enter my room when I arrived.
I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 AM. Unfortunately, while bringing in my luggage, I accidentally left the only key inside my room and got locked out. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered.
Thankfully, I was with my uncle, who lives in Antalya, so we went to his house and continued trying to contact her. Around 7:00 AM, she finally answered and said she would come around 9:00 AM.
We returned to the hotel around 9:00 AM, but there was still no one there. I called her again several times, and she finally answered around 9:30 AM. She then told us that there was a second key in another box at the front desk. We were finally able to get back into the hotel and access my room around 10:00 AM.
This was a horrible and extremely stressful experience, especially after arriving at 4:00 AM. Having only one key available and no staff or emergency assistance during the night made the situation extremely difficult. There should have been a clear procedure or an accessible spare key for situations like this.
