The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. There was access to a small ‘help yourself kitchen area with ample drinks and snacks. I met the hosts at breakfast which was offered in their own kitchen and the family were delightful. The location is easy walking distance to the centre.
I think the advert said private parking available. I’m not sure this is correct. There is parking on the street immediately outside but I didn’t see a guaranteed space.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questa struttura! Pulizia impeccabile, ottimi servizi per la colazione e un'attenzione ai dettagli che si nota subito.
Un plauso sincero va a chi gestisce la struttura con grande impegno ed empatia: sono davvero capaci di farti sentire a casa. In particolare Annarita si è resa disponibile per aiutarci a risolvere alcuni problemi sorti durante il soggiorno (non legati alla struttura, ci tengo a precisarlo!), dimostrando una gentilezza fuori dal comune.
Se dovessi tornare all'Aquila, so già che potrò contare su persone perbene come loro. Consigliatissimo!
