We had an amazing stay at Kiyomizu Kikyoan, at the Tsuki property. The location is great, and the house is beautiful, in a quieter residential area but still very close to transit(6 mins to subway or 30 min walk to JR Kyoto station- quite a nice walk!) and convenience stores (Lawson is 4 mins away). We found it to be the perfect rejuvenating stay close to sightseeing spots, after a busy week in Tokyo. The house is well soundproofed and the beds are very comfortable. The garden, the stone soaking bath and the living room were all beautifully maintained and curated. We will be back to stay during our next stay!
Our taxi driver accidentally dropped us off at the wrong location for check in and I stumbled across the office by luck- but check in was seamless aside from this. The office for checkin (for any one who has the same issue) is shared with a bicycle renting company. Staff are very responsive and friendly!

Si je devais dire une seule chose, c'est que les équipements machine à laver , clim ... nont pas de manuel en anglais ou peut etre des étiquettes pour comprendre leur fonctionnement
