The accommodation is beautifully styled, elegant without losing its warmth, and spotlessly clean. The private garden adds to the sense of calm and seclusion, making it perfect for a peaceful escape or a romantic break. What makes the stay truly memorable is the atmosphere. The soothing aromas and natural, holistic character of Ogam Oils seem to flow effortlessly and very gently into the accommodation, creating a wonderfully calming space where you instantly slow down and relax. Caoimhe is a warm and attentive host who genuinely cares about her guests. The Apothecary is not simply somewhere to stay; it is a little retreat in the heart of Carlingford. I would return without hesitation and would recommend booking it before someone else discovers it although selfishly want to keep it a secret 🤫
