Very friendly staff, extremely clean room, everything in good working order, nice quiet area. Rooftop pool is small but perfect for paddling with the kids.
I only have two minor complaints. One is that the laundry wasn’t very well thought out. The washing machine in the room only works when the security key card is left in the room. And there is nowhere to dry laundry either. We ended up hanging everything on hangers on the balcony, which meant that some of it didn’t dry properly and some got dirty again. The other complaint is that there was a big bowl of candy in the reception area and the staff were constantly inviting the kids to help themselves. The intention was good but it’s already difficult trying to restrict the amount of candy they eat!
