We verify: • Manufacturer-rated towing capacity • Payload capacity • Hitch compatibility • Trailer brake controller • 7-pin connection • Appropriate towing equipment • Driver and insurance requirements A pre-trip walkthrough and orientation are provided before departure. DELIVERY GUIDELINES 0–50 miles: generally 3-night minimum 50–100 miles: generally 4–5 night minimum 100–150 miles: generally 6–7 night minimum 150+ miles: select destinations may be considered upon request Minimum stays may vary based on destination, season, event demand, and travel time. THE GORGE AMPHITHEATRE The Gorge remains one of our specialty delivery destinations. Due to the distance and festival logistics, a 6-night minimum stay is required for Gorge delivery. Our Gorge experience includes professional delivery, setup, pickup, generator support, and destination preparation. Festival reservations require prior approval. Arrive to a fully prepared luxury RV and enjoy your event without the stress of towing or setup. WINTER TRAVEL Winter Self-Tow and delivery reservations are destination and weather dependent. We primarily serve lower-elevation winter destinations throughout portions of: • Olympic Peninsula • South Puget Sound • Southwest Washington Mountain passes, ski resorts, and high-elevation destinations may be restricted during winter because of snow, ice, and changing towing conditions.
