The stay was excellent! The room looked very new, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. The bed was comfortable, and check-in with a code was really easy. I stayed in Room 4 on the third floor. The location is great: just a one-minute walk from one of Bruges historic city gates and within ten minutes you are in the city center. Bruges itself is highly recommended, and so is this accommodation.
Room for improvement: I missed having a place to hang my coat, and the complimentary refreshments (2 coffee and 2 tea) were a bit limited. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Very nice location along park path and an easy walk to the historical area. 15 min walk to train station. Big room, quiet. Lovely, clean bathroom and shower. Room 3 is up two flights of stairs. Sofa for evening time is very small but okay.
The pillows were very big. I should have asked for smaller ones and did not. Comforter was very hot. Another blanket option that is lighter would be nice. A small light on the ceiling flashes at night but an eye mask solved that.

The location was close to the train and city centre (walkable). The room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were friendly welcoming and prompt to respond; they allowed us to store our bags after check out and they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area. Towels were freshly cleaned and smelled good. Bed was large and comfortable.
There was no lock on the door from the inside of the room. No toiletries were provided. There was a fridge available for use but it was not plugged in. Walls between rooms are quite thin as you can hear others entering/leaving.
