Grand Bloom exceeded all expectations. The staff was great, always smiling and accommodating, nothing I asked for was not met with yes sir and smile.
Khaula & Mina & Hady at the front desk were great to me. Always available for anything I asked for.
Ahmed, Tabarak, and Mahmoud were great as well.
Highly recommended hotel in Baghdad, this is my 3rd visit to the city and 1st time at the GB, very impressed with the service and the ambiance. If you are visiting Baghdad for work or family, this is a nice place to stay at.
The place didn't have a bar for an evening drink. It would be good to have a bar on the top on 13th floor or at least a section of it to accommodate for non local guest.
