What a lovely experience! We were greeted by two majestic giraffes upon arrival🥹. In the morning we woke up to Zebras and some buck species grazing by the property.
The chalet was clean and tidy. In the morning we realised the bathroom basin was blocked before we could even call for assistance the cleaning and maintenance staff showed up checking on the chalets. They resolved our issue almost immediately. The staff were very friendly and ready to help where needed. I literally have complaints. I can’t wait to return here soon

The quietness of the Lodge and it's cleanliness. You could even access the mall easily. The staff is friendly.
Its a suggestion that you put curtains in the main door, because people outside see you inside. There's no privacy.
