Makhato 72 is everything we needed for a luxury stay in the bush, well equiped with all the ammenities one can wish for. The built-in barbeque on the porch made for an enjoyable time during our "braais". It is in a private, quiet location, and we were visited by many "Rooibok", Kudu, Zebras, Warthogs and different species of birds. The large Boma and firepit provided a lovely space for relaxation and "sundowners".
The initial booking was at 99 Makhato, which was in a very bad state of disrepair, but we believe it was upgraded soon after. Andre went more than the extra mile and immediately moved us to 72 Makhato the very next day, it was most appreciated! The lodge exceeded our expectations, it was modern, comfortable and newly renovated. Portia, the cleaning lady was lovely and friendly, she did an excellent job to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay.

Nice facilities and unit, just need some maintenance

Unit where we have stayed in had electricity issues with power that kept on tripping when stove and oven was on.
Maintenance team had to come and fix bathroom lights
Smell of Sewage as drains was blocked.
