Hot water in shower, little veranda with cool recycling deck chairs (cool decor in general), a/c included (good for keeping mosquitoes away), small pool, and restaurant on the premises. The beach can be reach on foot in 5 minutes.
It's located at the end of a gravel road, which means it's quiet, but some tuk-tuk drivers might not know where it is. The walk to/from the bar strip at night is very short, but sections has no lights.
