博多や天神にアクセスするのに便利な場所だった。まだ新しいホテルのため、内装も綺麗だった。

見えるところの掃除はされていたが、見えない場所(排水口のゴミ受けの下など)、少し汚れが残っていた。階段が多いので、小さいこどもがいると上り下りが落ちないか心配だった。
