This three-bedroom apartment, built in 2002, is waiting for you in the village of Ruka. This cozy apartment offers space for the whole family or a group of friends. The downstairs bedroom has 2 beds and a private toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms; one with 2 separate beds and the other with a 120 cm wide bed. The second upstairs bedroom also has a private toilet. In total, the apartment has 3 toilets, providing comfort for larger groups. The living room includes a sofa bed that unfolds into a 140 cm wide bed.
The location couldn't be better, with the ski resort just 50 meters away, allowing nearly direct access to the slopes from the doorstep. The grocery store is only 200 meters away, and a restaurant is just 100 meters away, putting everything you need within easy reach. The snowmobile trail is also accessible just 100 meters away, ensuring winter activities are easily within reach.
The apartment features a combined kitchen/living room where you can prepare delicious meals and unwind at the end of the day in the warmth of the electric sauna.
