Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim, mooie keuken, nieuw! Heerlijke bedden. En de locatie is top. Supermarkt er tegenover en dicht bij 'lake above the Ocean'
Er is geen raamdecoratie bij de woonkamer, waardoor het weinig/geen privacy is.

Great equipped and very comfortable cottage! Communication for questions is fast and professional.
The place is just opened and they are still building around the place. It doesn't give noise its just the view of it. But try to see the good thing out of it popping up some great houses and the builders are nice and friendly.

レンタカーで数日島を巡る予定であり、Tórshavnでの宿泊にこだわらなければ、空港が近く、スーパーもそばにあるのでかなり良い選択肢になると思います。宿泊施設も最近できたばかりのため、とても綺麗で過ごしやすい所でした。有名なトラエラニパンも直ぐ近くです。
一つだけ注文があるとするなれば、テラスへのガラス製の出入り口に薄手でもよいのでカーテンがあった方が良いかもしれません。私の宿泊したNo.2の施設は前面が山のみなので、誰かに覗かれる心配はないのですが、（強いていうなら草原に住んでいるアヒルたちが目の前を通ることはありました。）、夜になると少し不安になりました。他の施設はついているところもあるようです。

Die Häuser sind sehr gross, modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Fotos treffen 100% zu. Küche und Wohnbereich erscheinen auf den Fotos eher kleiner, als sie sind. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Küche ist ein Highlight. Grösse und Ausstattung sind aussergewöhnlich. Die Kommunikation mit Vert (Verwaltung) war top. Mails im Vorfeld wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Das Kunden-Portal ist nützlich. Late Check-Out bis 13:00 für 299DKK fair und am Abreisetag sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist ideal. 2 Supermärkte (Mo-Sa bis 22:00) auf der anderen Strassenseite. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Inseln. Die Schallisolation ist sehr gut. Die Färöer sind sowieso ruhig. Im Haus hört man aber gar nichts. Selbst die wenigen Flugzeuge des nahen Flughafens sind kaum hörbar. Internet sehr schnell. Riesen-TV (Netflix oder ähnliches braucht man natürlich selber). Die Umgebung ist noch nicht ganz fertig. Störte überhaupt nicht. Die Arbeiten verursachten keinen Lärm. Einzige die Zufahrt ist noch etwas eingeschränkt. Alle Häuser verfügen mittlerweile über die typischen Grasdächer. Sehr schön. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.
Details. In den Schlafzimmern hat es je eine Kleiderstange ohne Bügel. Keine Schränke oder sonstige Ablagen für die Kleider. Das ist etwas eigenartig. Die Dusche ist schön und gross. Das Bad insgesamt ist etwas klein (Lavabo gem. Fotos).
