Not worth
The only thing we liked was location, everything else sucks at this apartment.
Almost everything. The apartment seems to be managed by some company and poorly. I was not given the information about the parking spot, only that it would be at -2 level. I assumed there will be info onsite. Collected the keys from box outside, went to 4th floor to get the parking gate remote, back to car and then -2 level, where there was no info and no mobile signal. Went again in the apartment to 4th floor, called the number provided. I was given incorrect parking spot#, came back to -2 and found there was already another car parked(luckily- else I might have ended up paying fine). Went up again to call the same number, there was same lady on the end, I was asked to wait for a min and she will call me back. Wait for about an hour ni call, tried to reach a few times no success, left a few msgs through booking.com, no response. Tried again after an hour, the lady who was going to call me in a min had already ended her shift and I was taking to another person who just started her shift and had to explain her. Came to know that the parking spot provided was from some other property and it was incorrect. She gave me another spot where I could finally park my car. This all took more than stressful hour or 2.
If that was not enough, found out washing machine and fridge was not working. There was just light in the fridge but it was not cooling inside. The mattress was overused with some springs wornout, very uncomfortable and gave me body ache next morning.
And so on... Long story short, not worth and waste of time and money
