The accommodation was generally comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere and comfort of the property.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and involved numerous serious problems.The bathroom door lock broke while I was inside, leaving me trapped for approximately 20–30 minutes. The situation became so distressing that I felt like I could not breathe and experienced severe panic. I was under extreme stress and even developed diarrhea afterward. The situation became serious enough that emergency medical services had to be called for me, and I received medical assistance. This was not simply an inconvenience; it was a serious safety issue.What made the situation even more unacceptable was that we later learned the bathroom door lock had apparently been faulty for a long time and had not been properly repaired for years. Even after the hotel claimed that the lock had been repaired, it still did not function properly and remained faulty. Leaving a known safety problem unresolved is completely unacceptable. The room key card also did not work properly. The reception renewed the card, but it still did not work, and we eventually had to open the door with great difficulty. The reception service was extremely inattentive and did not respond appropriately to our complaints.We also heard cleaning staff insulting each other, shouting, and using offensive language. This was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional for guests to hear.Some tourists staying on the upper floor were cooking in their rooms, and a strong smell of onions spread throughout the area. This was very unpleasant and disturbing. We complained to the hotel management, but our complaint was not taken seriously. Instead, we were given a poor-quality air freshener with an unpleasant smell, which obviously did not solve the problem.The room itself was damp and uncomfortable. The bed sheets and fold-out sofa were not clean, and there was not even any toilet paper in the room. There was also no drinking water in the mini-fridge.Breakfast was stated as included in our booking, but no breakfast service was provided.
