The property was so close to the town centre, so no need to use the car for access to cafes and supermarkets. All appliances in the Town House were very modern and simple to use. Luke's information provided via email & txt far exceeded our expectations and he was always checking how we were managing

Only issue we had was the amount of traffic currently being diverted to Eighth Street, as Deaken Ave was closed for roadworks, which caused the issue. As a very light sleeper it was a bit annoying, but jus probably a short term problem?

Very good central location, easy to navigate the city.

Lounge was not very comfortable, too low to the ground and the back had very little support for the back and neck, being in the older age bracket this does not help. Carpet in the main bedroom badly needs a good clean or replacement. The back and side yard area needs a lot of work to make the place more attractive if you are want to use the outdoors.
