It’s convenient, it was clean
The TV was not working, the washing machine was not working and lastly it would have been great to get details on how to access the apartment earlier and not last minute as I booked 2 weeks in advance. I had to scramble at the gate and the owner sounded detached. I didn’t even want to call and bother her further.

Used the key codes and was able to access the unit
The gate keeper kept me outside for long time asking for codes of which they were not needed for me to get to the compound so I can access the keys. It was cold outside the gate keeper did not consider that . Another thing is washing machine not working no water for washing

Location is convenient
There's a McDonald's, Nandos and Woolies next to the property
Early check-in was accommodated which was very ideal and kind of the host
Daytime security guard was courteous
Bluetooth speaker was a nice addition
The unit is on the ground floor with plenty of sunlight
Rates were simple to understand and all inclusive
To fix:
- TV channels and menu were not working
- WIFI was not available
- Shower and under the bed was not clean - Remove obvious stains
- Black mat/ carpet in lounge and Black fleece blanket on the bed no clean - needs washing
- Wet mop in the kitchen needs to be hung outside
Improvements:
- Inform guests to bring own toiletries (liquid soap, toothpaste), bottled water
- Clearly communicate the unit number in the welcome message
- Curtain on the entrance easily comes off because the rail is not smooth - please look into it
- Add an electric blanket in winter
- Night time security guard with an orange hat is rude and needs to be coached on receiving guests who understandably use Uber or may come in and out of the community
