Ho dovuto chiedere l’annullamento della stanca gratuito da quanto era sporca con cavi visibili, le persone che l’affitto di una maleducazione infinita, sparlando pure di noi al telefono perché ci siamo lamentati di capelli nella doccia ( non nostri), tazzine sporche, e poca pulizia in generale

La vicinanza con la strada...troppo. Nn avevo capito che fosse al piano terra

Un' esperienza deludente

Difficile a descrivere

Check in, la posizione , l'odore di umidità . Check in in modo così umiliante in mezzo la strada con il proprietario in video chiamata non ho mai fatto. L' appartamento di fronte strada con il semaforo in vicinanza e la camera da letto con il soffitto molto basso dotata del ventilatore semirotto con un forte odore d' umidità (che ovviamente non e' stato indicato nell' annuncio) In questi condizioni solo con ventilatore senza aria condizionata e le finestre chiuse non si sarebbe assolutamente potuto dormire come anche con le finestre aperte per il traffico."terrazzino" e finestre sono tutti sporchi di polvere senza neanche la tenda in salotto. Rimanere per pernottamento non sarebbe stato possibile e quindi abbiamo lasciato immediatamente l' appartamento senza usare nulla. Abbiamo richiesto una cancellazione ma non e' stata accettata da parte dei proprietari.Uso booking da molti anni e per me purtroppo questa e' stata un esperienza molto deludente. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessun refund, cosa che non troviamo assolutamente giusta.

Appartamento nuovo e di recente realizzazione (il bagno è praticamente nuovo), spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort, ad eccezione dell'aria condizionata (non indispensabile vista la presenza di un ventilatore). Posizione ottima, praticamente all'inizio della via principale.

Sarebbe ottimale rendere più fluida la procedura di invio delle informazioni per il self check-in.
