Beautiful modern holiday home from 2012, only 150 meters from ski resort and ski lifts at Rauland Ski Center. Idyllically located on a natural plot in an established cabin area. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and a total of 8 beds. There is underfloor heating in all bedrooms. Electric heating and a modern wood-burning stove with glass in the living room. Open, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Highchair available. Bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. Free wireless internet, TV with NRK and TV2, radio with CD player and DVD player. Outside there is an open terrace with garden furniture and a garden grill. The property is located in scenic surroundings and is a fantastic starting point for winter sports activities. It is only 150 meters from the ski resort and ski lifts at Rauland Ski Center, and there are cross-country ski trails and a lighted trail (2000 meters away) in the vicinity. Only 50 meters to a river, and 3000 meters to the nearest water for swimming or fishing. It is approx. It is about 3 km to the center with canoe/boat rental and various shops. Here, you can join trips to a tourist cabin on the Hardangervidda plateau, Mogen, either on foot or by boat. Gaustatoppen can be reached by mountain lift inside the mountain; about 1883 m above sea level. Should the weather be bad one day, you can visit Rjukan bad or the Heavy Water Museum a half-hour drive away. There are 2 parking spaces right by the holiday home. The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.
